1 day Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, This ziwa sanctuary is located in Nakitoma village, Nakasongola district, and is a famous stopover on the way to and from Murchison Falls National Park. It was established in 2005 to reintroduce southern white rhinos in the wild and is also the only place in Uganda where tourists can see these creatures. A one-day visit to this place gives the tourists the opportunity to track rhinos on foot.
Day 1: Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After an early served breakfast, our guide will transfer you to Ziwa for rhino tracking.
