Our 1 day Jinja adventure takes you to Uganda’s industrialized city as you pass through Mabira Forest for primate watching as well as identifying different bird species. Jinja is located in eastern Uganda, approximately 85 kilometers from Uganda’s capital, Kampala. A lot of tourism activities can be done in Jinja, ranging from city tours to the Nile, having a range of activities, for example, white water rafting, quad biking, horse riding, and the source of the Nile, among others. A trip to Jinja is worth it at all times, and being strategically located near Uganda’s capital, Kampala, most tourists find it easy to access.
Itinerary for 1 day Jinja adventure
Transfer to Jinja
After serving breakfast, transfer to Jinja, Uganda’s industrialized city, and get to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside. Upon arrival, go for a visit to the source of the River Nile. Later, go for a visit to the Itanda Falls and later transfer back to Kampala, arriving in time for evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
